This is where prospects look for reasons not to engage. So we answer those reasons head-on — no hedging, no agency theatre.
Positioning & fit
Most Shopify agencies build websites. We engineer customer journeys. The difference is in the research depth, the methodology pillars, and treating each build as a journey-engineering project rather than a website project. The £1m result from one of our builds wasn't a prettier site — it was a journey built around how that brand's specific customer actually buys.
Because depth in fashion buyer psychology compounds where breadth across categories doesn't. The Customer Persona Architecture, the Failure Diagnostic, the Brain-Refresh Pattern — these are calibrated around how fashion buyers actually buy. Working in another category would mean rebuilding the methodology, and the result would be worse for everyone.
Fashion, apparel and accessories brands doing £30k+/month, spending meaningful budget on ads (typically £10k+/week), ready to fix the customer journey properly. If that's not you yet, take the diagnostic — we'll point you to the right next step honestly, even if that's "not yet."
By design, for now. The methodology depth that compounds is built by one operator paying attention to every build. The big agencies are built for £500k/month brands with managed account teams. We're built for the serious operators on the way there — which means working with the person who built the methodology, not their junior.
Because we're not a marketing agency. We engineer customer journeys. They're different disciplines. Most agencies overlap them and water down both. We keep ours clean — and we'll happily refer you to marketing specialists we trust.
Pricing & payment
Builds are tiered: Launch £2,500 (10 days), Growth £4,500 (14 days), and Scale £7,500 (21 days). The 72-hour Conversion Audit is £750. Retainers run £500 / £950 / £1,750 a month. Final scope and fit are confirmed on the discovery call, calibrated to your revenue, ad spend and goals — see the Packages page for the full breakdown.
Standard terms are 50/50 — half to book and begin, half on completion. For Audit-completed clients on Growth or Scale, we can flex payment timing where the reason is structural cash flow, schedule confirmed and terms documented in writing. The headline number never changes; only the timing flexes.
No bundle, commitment or referral-source discounts. The prices are set because they're defensible. A returning prospect is quoted the same price they were originally — their return validates it.
Most brands recover the cost in 4–5 weeks of saved ad spend. You get a branded 15–25 page diagnostic, seven sections, prioritised recommendations and a 45-minute walkthrough — a real deliverable you keep, not a sales call in disguise.
Process & delivery
Launch 10 days, Growth 14 days, Scale 21 days — deposit to handover. Across that window you get seven structured touchpoints: welcome, kick-off, first visual preview around day 4, mid-build checkpoint, soft preview around day 10, pre-handover, and handover.
Very little. A kick-off call, a short onboarding pack, and structured feedback at the soft-preview stage. We populate up to 25 products ourselves — you never have to wrangle Shopify. The heavy lifting is ours.
Revisions are built into every build (2 for Launch, 3 for Growth, unlimited within scope for Scale). The Build Standard 17-point QA catches quality issues before handover. And a Wrong-Fit Exit Clause exists if either side spots the engagement isn't landing before substantial delivery.
A fully built, journey-engineered Shopify store, the Build Handover Document, the Dream State Journey Map (the polished asset documenting how your customer buys), and a Tool Upgrade Roadmap. Everything you need to keep operating sharply.
Refunds & guarantees
Builds have a 48-hour cancellation window from deposit clearing — full refund minus a £200 admin fee. After 48 hours, research begins and the deposit pays for the work being performed, so no refunds. Audits are final once delivered — the deliverable and call are the product. Retainers need 30 days' written notice.
No money-back or satisfaction guarantees — they're agency theatre, vague and rarely honoured. Instead we make specific promises about the methodology, the work, the timeline and the standard. If any of those break, that's a real failure we'd address directly. We guarantee to keep our promises.
Specific revenue outcomes are never guaranteed — anyone who promises you a number is lying or guessing. We promise the methodology, the work, the standard, the timeline and the support. The results follow: real, repeatedly demonstrated, never promised as a figure.
After launch
A site built today and untouched for 12 months is a site quietly decaying behind the metrics — customer behaviour evolves, creatives change, products launch. The Retainer keeps the journey engineered to where your customer is now. It's also where you learn what's working and become a sharper operator, not a more dependent customer.
You can build a site. The trap is building a site that looks finished but isn't engineered around your customer — the exact failure mode that leaks ad spend. AI accelerates the surface. The journey work is the structure underneath, and that's what produces the result.
